Monarch Properties was founded in 2014 by Lars N. Roes out of necessity. Lars had a real estate portfolio and needed legal protection incase of any unfortunate events. He formed the limited liability company in the state of Maryland. Monarch Properties has handled every aspect of real estate ownership from property management, construction, and repairs and maintenance. We currently specialize in recession proof real estate, funded with creative financing solutions. Lars has a B.S. in Financial Investments from Salisbury University and has managed and grown his real estate investments since 2014.
